All cottages have a minimum of two bedrooms and two baths for your added comfort. Each home includes a living and dining space as well as a sunroom/den. Duplex homes have either an attached garbage or carport, both with additional storage areas. Each homes has a laundry area with side-by-side washer and dryer. Nature surrounds each home which can be unique in its setting - some with large backyards, some with scenic foliage and others with a view of the natural spring fed pond.
