Tim Webster

Timothy J. Webster

President & Chief Executive Officer

Tim has been with Brightspire for 28 years. He was promoted to President and Executive Officer in 2008. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Tim is a graduate of Appalachian State University where he earned a BSBA degree in accounting. He holds his Certified Public Accounting certificate in the state of North Carolina and is a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Hank Lovvorn

Vice President & Director of Operations 

Hank joined Brightspire, as Vice President and Director of Operations in June 2008. Hank and his family relocated to North Carolina from St. Petersburg, Florida where he served Westminster Retirement Communities of Florida for the previous eight years. Hank has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 1996. He is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a BS degree in Economics. 

Julia Hanover, Vice President

Vice President, Chief Financial Officer 

Julia has been with Brightspire for over 24 years and was promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Julia served as Director of Finance from October 2000 until her promotion and as Controller from March 1998 to 2000. Prior to that time, Julia was an accountant with McGladrey & Pullen in Greensboro, NC. Julia is a graduate of Appalachian State University where she earned a BSBA degree in Accounting. 

Mark Collins

Mark Collins

Vice President & Director of Human Resources

Mark joined Brightspire as Vice President and Director of Human Resources in September 2012. Prior to joining Brightspire, Mark worked with International Textile Group/Burlington Industries for over 30 years in various human resource management capacities and held domestic and international responsibilities. Mark is a graduate of the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill where he earned BS and BA degrees in Industrial Relations and Psychology. 

Marisa Ray

Marisa Ray

Director of Development

Marisa joined Brightspire as Director of Development in 2014. Her background includes work in the community foundation field and in higher education. She is a graduate of Furman University and High Point University. Her husband serves with the High Point Police Department and they have two daughters. 

Sean  Stowers

Sean Stowers

Director of Information Technology

Sean joined Brightspire in 2013 as the Director of Information Technology. He manages the day-to-day technology operations and implements the organization's overall Information Technology strategic plan. Sean is a graduate of East Carolina University, where he earned his BA in Communications and Psychology.

Tiffany Robertson

Tiffany Roberson

Director of Health Services and Informatics

Tiffany joined Brightspire in 2003 as the Healthcare Administrator and Community Mentor at River Landing at Sandy Ridge. In 2016, she was promoted to Director of Health Services and Informatics for Brightspire. Tiffany is a graduate of Appalachian State University, where she earned a BS degree in Business Administration and Healthcare management. 

 

Laura Lowe

Director of Sales and Marketing

Laura joined Brightspire in 2010 as the Director of Marketing for Glenaire. She was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing for Brightspire in 2016. She brings over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing for senior living. Laura is responsible for developing and implementing the marketing and sales strategy for Brightspire Communities. 

Steven Johnson

Steven Johnson

Director of Design and Construction

Steven joined Brightspire in 2016 as the Director of Design and Construction. He is a licensed Architect and General Contractor with over 20 years of experience and received his BA degree from Kansas State University. Steven oversees the various expansion and construction projects for the organization.
