To that end, we're always developing unique programs that allow us to give back to our residents, community, and staff. Partners In Ministry Grant
As a faith-based organization, Glenaire appreciates and honors those who have spent many years serving others in the ministry. We pay tribute through our Partners in Ministry Grant. Many retired ministers, missionaries, and other church workers have used this grant to move into the Glenaire community at a special rate. If you worked in some form of ministry for 20+ years, you are eligible for this program.

We Care Customer Service Program
We are proud to have employees who consistently go above and beyond to serve our residents. The We Care Customer Service program was developed to help us be intentional about providing the very best service and care. This program spotlights and awards employees who provide that care to our residents, family members, and co-workers. We affirm and credit employees for making a difference, treating problems as challenges, anticipating and being sensitive to resident needs, following the golden rule, and doing exceptional work.
